No Shows are subject to the entire grooming fee at time of next booking. There is no fee to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and if you are running late or need to cancel, let me know as soon as possible!

I understand that the grooming procedures may include the use of grooming tools, clippers, scissors and other equipment. While your groomer takes the upmost care, there is a minimal risk associated with grooming including, cuts, nicks or skin irritation. Matt removal can uncover skin irritations or lead to such conditions as Aural Hematoma's. I confirm that my pet is in good health, up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. The groomer reserves the right to refuse service.

My pet is up to date on their vaccinations and I can provide proof if needed.
