Cancellation Policy

For last minute cancellations, please let me know as soon as you can by texting 236-508-7496. There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling, however, NO SHOWS will be subject to the full fee of their scheduled service at time of next booking. Thank you!

When I tell my dog she’s going to the spa to see Des she runs to the door and doesn’t stop shaking with excitement till we get there and she sees her. She’s a wonderful pet groomer who also worked with Bella’s fear of getting her nails clipped. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere too.

My dog was getting really anxious about grooming sessions at her previous groomer. She was shaking and refusing to enter the building. I found Desiree while looking for a groomer that works 1:1 with dogs. She’s fear free trained and it really shows. My dog is much happier seeing Desiree. She is happy and looks beautiful when I pick her up. We live in Nanaimo but she is worth the drive! I highly recommend Desiree.
